Wrinkle Reduction
Also known as "Botox®"
What is Botulinum toxin Type A?
Wrinkle reduction with Botulinum toxin Type A also known as “Botox®” works by stopping the signals from your nerves to your muscles so that they relax thus reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
Laura generally uses Galderma Azzalure®, but can use different products to patient preference . Results can begin to be apparent from 2-3 days after the treatment, sometimes sooner than that but it will take 2-3 weeks to see optimal results.
Anti Wrinkle treatments
Anti Wrinkle treatments can be used to improve forehead lines (frontalis muscle), glabellar frown lines (vertical or horizontal lines between eye brows) and crows feet.
More advanced procedures can be used for bunny lines, lip flips, pebble chin downward smile, neck lines and gummy smile.
‘Botox’ can also be used to prevent teeth grinding, this in hand will slim the face, for the treatment of migraines and for excessive sweating in underarms and hands.
Baby Botox is less invasive and can be used for finer lines.
An individual wrinkle reduction treatment plan will be discussed at consultation.
